Even though today is the 2nd of March and we are experiencing a nasty slushy taste of winter spring is only weeks away! There is much going on in Newport from the annual Easter Egg roll with the Easter Bunny making a special appearance at the Breakers to the special treat of our shoulder season’s bi-annual Newport Restaurant Week.

 

Held March 20th to the 29th every participating restaurant will offer a 3 course lunch for $16 and a three course dinner for $30. And I am the lucky lady who gets to go out to all the different restaurants and report on my blog to you.

This spring it will be over two weekends so there is plenty of time to go checkout a new place or remember an old favorite you haven’t been to in a while.
